Late 1880s Autograph Book of Bertha Clements of Waldo Center, Maine

I've been featuring the autograph book of Bertha Clements of Waldo Center, Maine on my blog Heirlooms Reunited for several posts now.  Most of the signers were from the Waldo, Maine area, though there is one from Whiting, Iowa, and another from Pictou, Nova Scotia.  The genealogy has taken me in all directions, as you can imagine.

Elizabeth May Rappley

I'm back here in Massachusetts visiting my family for Christmas. I went into Boston to the Registry of Vital Records and Statistics to do some research and I found a little tidbit of information ... All along, I had Elizabeth Rappley (b. ABT 1862 & d. ABT 1898; married to George David Cook) shown as being born in Deer Island, New Brunswick but unfortunately, I was not able to find any Rappley's there.
