Elizabeth May Rapley ... or is she?

I wanted to share some information regarding "Elizabeth May Rapley", Lillian and Myrtle Mabel Cooks mother (wife of George Cook). I tell you, she was a tough genealogical nut to crack and I am about 99% confident that my information is correct. I will need to try to confirm my findings by securing some additional records, more importantly ... Her birth certificate! Anyway, this is what I found out ...
