Just for grins and giggles, I started a tree on for Isaac and Mary Ann (Smith) Carson.  Some people seem to think he was born in Rhode Island because they read "Provinces" and assumed Providence.  Could not find his parents right off the bat but am still  looking.  On I found a marriage record for an Isaac S. Carson to a Mary Young on 26 October 1837 but there was no image with it in order for me to see where in Maine they lived.  Mary Ann (Smith) Carson's death record has her parents as Charles Smith and Eunice (Chambers) Smith.  Charles Smith was born at Manchester, England.  I tried to go the First Families of New Brunswick link but see that it has been changed.

Hi Bruce, I found a second cousin yesterday who has a second home in Robbinston. She comes down from John Herbert Carson b. 1877 Prince William, d. 1950. He was married to Carrie Gertrude Kelly from Kingsclear, York NB.

Maybe now we can find a connection?

Thanks for joining us.  I'm not at home right now but will take a look at your surnames when I get back.  I remember a Carson place at Boyden's Lake in Perry, not far from Robbinston line.
