Roscoe Green Arey, b. 1859 Hampden, Maine; m. Myra D. Sawyer, b. 1866 Hampden, Maine
Roscoe Green Arey was born 18 February 1859 at Hampden, Maine, the son of Nathaniel Snow Arey and his wife Eliza Ann (Baker) Arey. His paternal grandparents were Jesse and Mercy (Snow) Arey. His maternal grandparents were Jeremiah and Rebecca (Doane) Baker.
Roscoe Green Arey married Myra D. Sawyer, who was born 7 May 1866 at Hampden, Maine, the daughter of George Washington Sawyer and his wife Liana Patten Goodell. I don't have the parents of George Washington Sawyer, but the parents of Liana Patten Goodell were James and Melinda (Colson) Goodell.
The couple had 5 children, I believe: Sidney Herbert Arey; Leslie Sawyer Arey; Ernest Nathaniel Arey; Lottie M. Arey; Edgar Arey.
