Not sure why the images aren't showing, but I did these a long time ago, and I can't remember if I have the letters or if I found them online.  I'll search for them, but if I found them online you might be able to find them, too, by using the search terms on Google.  Will let you know what I find.

Find Your Family's Orphan Heirlooms

Use the keywords option in Advanced Search to search for surnames/locales listed by private sellers on these online sites.
