That's the family. I have Elizabeth living with the grandparents until their deaths. Thomas died in 1883 and Nancy died in 99. I have Elizabeth living with them on the 1880 census but because of the missing 1890 census I have lost her.

I'm in hopes that someone will be able to help me with this search. I have been working on my Haley family off and on for the last 10 years. I have been able to find most of the family members information but the parents of Thomas Haley and we think his brother Phineas Haley still are evading me. I can trace the two Haley's to the Topsfield Maine area in 1837. The town had a special census done and they show up on it. I just don't know where to turn to now. At some point I would like to visit Machias and check out the old records on file there. Maybe I can find a will or something there on file.Delete Comment

If anyone is interested in families from Campobello you may find the two links below useful. One is for Campobello Genealogy in General and the other is my personal data base of over 16,000 which contains several families from the island. Both sites have search engines.
